Watch It Policies and Procedures
Initial Consult
Watch It requires an initial consult before any service. During this consult, we will meet with you and go over paperwork. This meeting will allow us to gather all pertinent information regarding your home and pets. These meetings usually last around 30 minutes but extra time may be required depending on your situation.
Disclosure
We require full disclosure on all pets in the household, including but not limited to, health and medical history, aggression, behavior or obedience issues etc. Watch It will not be held responsible or liable for any circumstances which arise that stem from lack of disclosure, further the client accepts full responsibility for the cost of any necessary medical attention for the client’s pets, or the pet sitter resulting from lack of disclosure. Even though we may not have to feed or walk a particular pet, we do not ‘exclude’ pets from our care. We must be informed of all pets in the household including fish bowls, reptiles, etc…
Unforeseen Purchases
We understand that occasions arise in which food, litter, cleaning supplies, etc… may run out while you are gone. In this case, we will purchase the necessary products. We will provide a receipt for the purchase and the client will be responsible for reimbursement of these items. The time for the trip to purchase these items will be applied to the final invoice.
Family And Friends
For our safety and yours please make sure that we are aware of ANY family or friends who may be in the home at the times of our visits. This prevents confusion and is safer for everyone involved.
